The Sustainable Agriculture Finance Hub builds bridges between key stakeholders to rapidly identify and act upon opportunities to make agriculture more sustainable.  Our digital platform connects farmers and funders advancing sustainable agriculture.

•  A searchable database of financing institutions (Philanthropies, grant makers, loan entities, and more) advancing sustainable agriculture.  Filters include: region, type of financing, language, and more)
• Provides a grant hub and management space to support farmers on their financial journey 
• Powered by People and Technology to reduce admin overhead and have funding go directly to farmers.
